3.1 Description of Services:
Hero Bliss Legend, LLC provides coaching programs designed to facilitate personal and professional growth. The coaching programs are offered in various tiers, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, downloadable resources, and memberships. Group coaching sessions are scheduled at least once per calendar month.

3.2 Eligibility:
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By enrolling in our coaching programs, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Terms:
All payments for our coaching programs shall be processed through Kajabi's payment processing system. Payment plans may be made available at our sole discretion. In the event of a payment default, Kajabi reserves the right to revoke your access to the services after four (4) unsuccessful retry attempts or if your account is configured to cancel the subscription due to non-payment.

4.2 Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Client Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself with respect, civility, and professionalism during all interactions within the program, whether in one-on-one sessions, group coaching, or any related forums. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct may result in immediate termination of your access to our services, without refund.

5.2 Confidentiality:
You acknowledge that confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, content, and materials shared within the program, except as authorized by the disclosing party. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Materials:
All content, materials, and resources provided to you during the course of the program, including but not limited to written materials, videos, and digital downloads, are the exclusive property of Hero Bliss Legend, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the materials without our express written consent.

6.2 Client Content:
You retain ownership of any content you create during the course of the program, such as narrative writing, memoirs, vignettes, or other personal work. By sharing such content with Hero Bliss Legend, LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of improving our services and marketing our programs, provided that we obtain your express consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that your participation in the coaching programs is at your sole risk. Hero Bliss Legend, LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the success or outcomes of the coaching programs. We shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching advice provided. Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

Our coaching services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results from our coaching programs may vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

9. Termination Policy

9.1 Termination by Client:
You may terminate your participation in the coaching program at any time by providing written notice to Hero Bliss Legend, LLC. Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and no refunds will be provided.

9.2 Termination by Hero Bliss Legend, LLC:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-payment, breach of this Agreement, or disruptive conduct. In such cases, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
